If you find that the data is not being sent from Proper to Visma e-conomic, the first thing you should check is whether there are any error messages on Proper's platform.
Log in to the platform
1. Go to Apps
2. Select Visma e-conomic
3. Click Notices

The financial year is missing
Our automatic rent collection continues year after year and the entries are entered on the correct dates cf. the bill to the tenants.
In Visma e-conomic, you must therefore make sure to create the next financial year, as our App can not otherwise synchronise with your Visma e-conomic.
The account plan is desk protected and needs to be open
If your account plan is desk protected, it is because your package at Visma e-conomic does not include access to API integration with software systems, such as Proper. Your Visma e-conomic package must therefore be upgraded. Please contact Visma e-conomic to change this.
