Please note: If you inform Proper less than 10 banking days before the change of a month, your tenants will already have received their payment overview for the following month. It also takes Danske Bank A/S more than 10 banking days to close the tenant's accounts. If the tenants have already received their payment overview for the following month, we recommend that you wait a month to provide the best experience for your tenants.
If you need to provide reports about your portfolio to the new owner, you can download the Rent Roll report. This will show you an overview of all current tenants along with deposit and prepaid rent balances, the number of notices they have received and their current balance.
You can also give the new owner access to your company on Proper. Contact our support team via email with the name, email address and role of the new owner to provide them with temporary access to your company. You can always remove the access again.
If you have only sold a single or few units, you can choose to archive them on Proper. You will always be able to search for the address or previous tenants, but the address will not appear in your overview. Please get in touch with our support team so they can archive the leases.
