When you create a transfer via your Netbank, it is also extremely important that the registration and account number are entered exactly as they are written in the email you receive regarding your rent payment.
If you still cannot make the transfer via your Netbank, you must contact your Danske Bank branch and request that they make the payment via Account transfer via the Customer Portal, as this special account cannot be used for cash deposits. If the bank employee has further questions, they can contact local number 44112, option 2, option 4.
At the same time, we recommend that you request the bank to create a standing order, so that your rent is automatically paid each month.
