How to choose in which language tenants should receive communication in

Proper sends your tenants welcome emails and automatic payment overviews in Danish or English.

To see which language we're using to communicate with your tenant, follow these steps:

1. Log into the platform and head to Tenancies

2. Click on the tenancy and then select Tenants & contacts in the left menu

3. Click on the three dots (···) and then on Update tenant.

4. You can then see which language we're using to communicate with your tenant via, including the welcome email and payment overviews.

5. To make changes, you can update the desired language under Language.
