Proper always transfers all amounts received by tenants directly to the landlord's account, as soon as it is received by Proper's account. If a tenant has paid more than they needed to, you have 2 options:
1. The excess amount the tenant has paid will be registered on the platform as a positive balance and will automatically be deducted from the next bill. The amount will appear on the bill to the tenants, so they can see that they have then been charged less. In other words - you don't need to do anything!
2. You can make a bank transfer to the tenant of the overpaid amount, and register the payment manually by going to Transactions and choosing Register payment > To tenant.
