Getting started with Proper can seem like a comprehensive process, as all data needs to be entered into the machine for the automatic flows to work. But don't worry, we are here to guide and help you through it.
- The collaboration and data processing agreement will be sent to you by email
- Signed leases
- Clear overview of contact information for the tenants, including current levels of rent, deposit, prepaid rent and/or on account amounts - email addresses and phone numbers (we have a form that we send that must be filled in). If your leases are empty and/or you want to use our contract templates, we just need the addresses of these leases.
- The bank details of the account that will be registered for future payments - reg. no. and account number
All information and documents can be shared securely via the link here or sent to the onboarding specialist you are assigned by the sales person you are in contact with during signup.
We will then create you and your rentals on the platform, and you will receive an email with login information when it's complete. You must then check in to make sure everything looks correct.
Finally, we will hold a review meeting where we review the platform based on your rentals and initiate the activation.
