We don't support the creation of commercial rental agreements - neither with our in-house contract templates, nor through a manual creation process. To create a commercial lease, we kindly advise you to contact an expert in this area or seek out other resources.
However, you can use Proper to send out your own contract for digital signature and manage the lease on the platform.
When you create a new tenancy for a commercial lease, you can choose from the following options:
- Upload your own agreement for digital signature
- Upload an already signed agreement
If you upload your own contract for digital signature, Proper will make sure to send it out, follow up on any potential missing signatures, and automatically upload the fully signed contract to the platform once all parties have signed. Afterwards, the lease can be managed in Proper in the same way as other leases.
