On the platform, you have the option to define which tenants should receive default notice letters.
Under Payments, you will find the section on Default notices. This is where you select who should receive a default notice letter.
If the tenant should receive a letter and it is under Scheduled, you don't need to do anything more. The default notice letter is simply sent to the tenant on the date indicated in the blue info box at the top.
However, if you have made an agreement with the tenant, or if you want to wait until next month to send a default notice letter, you can simply press Skip this time.
In some cases, you may never need to send default notice letters to a tenant, so they should never be scheduled. In this case, it's a good idea to press Skip always. This way, the tenant will always appear under Skipped and you won't have to skip them every time.
If you have specified that a tenant should (always) be skipped and want to change this back, simply go to Skipped and specify whether the skipped tenants should receive the default notice letter this time or if the tenant you skipped should always receive the default notice letter from now on.
