All tenants with outstanding payments will automatically receive a payment reminder two working days after the payment deadline. The reminder will be sent via email and text message.
In addition, tenants get an email receipt when a bank transfer is received on their account. This also indicates if there is still an outstanding balance to be paid.
If you wish to send another reminder, you can find the latest payment overview in Proper Talk and re-send it to the tenant. You do this by sending a new message in the same correspondence as the payment overview.
