All tenants with outstanding payments will automatically receive a payment reminder two working days after the payment deadline. The reminder will be sent via email and text message.
In addition, tenants get an email receipt when a bank transfer is received on their account. This also indicates if there is still an outstanding balance to be paid.
If you wish to send a reminder without fees, you can find the latest payment overview in Proper Talk and re-send it to the tenant. You do this by sending a new message in the same correspondence as the payment overview.
Related to
