You can always update the billing settings for each tenant after the lease has been created.
After setting up a lease for the first time, the billing settings can be updated at any point. The billing settings include settings such as the billing schedule, the due date of the payment as well as the option of sending an invoice with the bill.
Step-by-step instructions on how to update the billing settings:
- Go to Tenancies in the main menu.
- Select the tenant in question.
- Go to Rent in the lease menu.
- Click on Actions and select Update billing settings.
